Resolved - Unfortunately due to the heavy snow fall over the last 48 hours, emergency road closures were in place preventing both Electricity North West and ourselves from reaching the mast site.

Upon reaching repairs were carried out to the damage power cable and also our battery backup UPS which didn’t survive the power surge.

Power has been re-connected but without UPS. Plans will be put in place to schedule further maintenance next week in order to replace the damaged equipment.

Service is now fully operational again.

Identified - We have been informed of a power cut to our equipment and other properties on Croker Hill, Sutton. Electricity North West has informed us of damage to the power cable and they are in the process of dispatching a repair team.
